Tech

- Steve can punish Devil Jin's u4 by using sonic fang (df1+2). This will punish DvJ if he doesn't transition into FLY, and if he does then Steve can pick up with f21b dckf2 S! into full combo. - Steve can use RWV after he got hit by Devil Jin's db2 to avoid these followup options: ws4, ws12, ws2, FC d3, uf4, uf3. If you do RWV into DCK (holding f or df after RWV) you can also avoid ws14 and uf2. Lastly, you can do RWV DCK2 to completely avoid and launch ws44.

Strategy

- Steve's b1 can hit Devil Jin's hellsweep and electric wind god fist (but regular wind god fist can avoid it), making it a strong neutral tool. Steve's DCK stance can be repeatedly cancel into it self to completely go under EWGF, letting him approach without the risk of being launched by it.
