JFSR
Just Frame Sky Rocket (JSFR) is Hwoarang's F,N,DF+4. It's a fast, safe, mid launcher that gives a huge combo and is critical for doing scary mixups with Hwoarang.
If there is any directional input after the N except DF (e.g. N,F,DF or N,D,DF), then you don't get it.
From RFF, the DF and 4 don't need to be on the same frame. The DF can be held for up to 10 frames before the 4 and it'll still work.
It can't be done from a dash or crouch dash, so to do wave dash into JSFR you need to cancel the dash with a sidestep first.
