Sidestepping:

If Lili is + and a small distance away, she can buffer an SWL from blockstun and evade Feng's B4. The intersection of frames & spacing required make this unreliable, so for all intents and purposes B4 works as normal.

UF2

UF2 is fantastic in this matchup, counter hitting Lili's homing moves and attempts to track via movement easily, often getting an aligned CH when it does. But like any character, Lili can SSL it with minimal risk.

After blocking Lili's cartwheel, UF2 evades string follow-up, backturn D4, backturn 1, trades with backturn 2, and obviously hits her for trying to do BT 50/50. However, if she just turns around, it will whiff & can be launched. Good versus aggressive Lilis.

Punch Sabaki

After Lili's QCF1, mashed 1+2 will beat her BT transition and her QCF1-2. She can do empty QCF1 and block it, though.
