Lee can option select his punish for a blocked California Roll with F+4,1. If Chloe finishes the string she will be floated for a full combo. If she does the spring back, the second hit of F+4,1 will hit her where she is then at a -13 disadvantage.
When Chloe does the spring back the first hit will whiff but she is so minus that the second hit is a punish.Note that you cannot screw in the followup combo when Chloe finishes the roll.
