If something doesn't fit, then it can just be left out. It's not a "here's all the good stuff" box. Having some range issues on a hopkick is a pretty different ballpark to Flash. Kazumi is the same and I don't think we should add d/f+2 and ws2 to her infobox either. You could instead use the overview text to mention the range issue of the hopkick, like Kazumi does.

Can't buffer f~n,4,1,2,3 to be i10 so not a clef cannon. Launchers are splats too. Including ps frames on all the parries makes it too noisy, better left for the movelist. Power low is not easily reactable so i29 DRU.3+4 doesn't count. If CRA.4 doesn't have guaranteed damage (or equivalent oki) to get to 28 damage it doesn't count either. "Grounded sweeps" needs to be more specific.
