Off the typical DF4 SWS entry, Feng's B,F+1 evades everything but SWS4 or crouch dash options, which CH him. However, Josie is only vulnerable for 14 frames if she does not do anything, and can launch BF1 on block.
On block, B+1 will trade with SWS1 and beat all other attacks, but will whiff on crouch dash options.  Crouch jab, D+1, will beat all options except for SWS4.
