This makes it easier to scan for subject (e.g. seeing all the damage changes) and usually ends up more concise. For moves with multiple hits, can distinguish them by input if possible (b+2 refers to 1st hit, b+2,1 2nd, and b+2,1,U/F 3rd), or use "{thing} of {nth} hit {changed} from {prev} to {new}". Should also feel free to reword the official notes since they're often pretty poorly translated/written.)
