I think the best approach is to piggyback off of Liquipedia, saying that a player is notable only if they have an article there as a Tekken player (e.g. [https://liquipedia.net/fighters/AK AK]), and just linking to it from this page. This way we offload the notability criteria and article writing to Liquipedia, who are already experienced dealing with this. This kind of page is pretty dangerous since then we have to deal with self-promotion and debating whether or not a player is “Notable”. I think the best approach is to piggyback off of Liquipedia, saying that a player is notable only if they have an article there as a Tekken player (e.g. AK), and just linking to it from this page.
