(I changed it so that the main page isn't filled with moves but rather just a simple description of what Dragunov's character archetype is, main strengths, and main weaknesses. It increases readability and makes it so the first thing people see isn't just attack info (though I agree it is important). It might be better to have a separate "Top Moves" or "General Gameplan" tab to include these moves and their practical applications. I've seen some other character's pages take that approach *ex: lee)

Dragunov is a fundamental- and pressure-oriented character revolving heavily around iWR2 and d+2.
Dragunov is an unrelenting pressure-oriented (rushdown) character with a focus on fundamentals.  


iWR2 is a CH-launching knockdown mid with some tracking that is also massively plus on block and carries the opponent closer to the wall on block. This could be considered one of the best moves in Tekken 7.

Dragunov pairs this with his d+2, a fast(for a high-crushing low), high-crushing low (that leaves Dragunov at +-0 frames on hit at a disadvantage: crouching vs a standing opponent), and with pressure-oriented poking.
Strengths:


An opponent who tries to stop him risks to eat iWR2 counter hit from neutral or one of his hard-hitting launching whiff-punishers, which lead to exceptional wall carry that lets Dragunov combo the opponent up to the wall in around 95% of situations.

* Great wall carry with Crouch-Dash-Cancel (CDC)
* Solid command throws that leaves Dragunov only at (0) or slightly (-)


Passive players have to contend with his full throw game and d+2 pressure(that leaves Dragunov at a disadvantage on hit - crouching vs standing opponent).
Weaknesses:


His flaws include slightly below average standing punishment, lack of ch utility outside of wr2, highish mids, lack of lows that don't leave Dragunov at a disadvantage on hit and weaker tracking tools outside of d+2 and iws4.
* Somewhat average standing punishment (lack of a decent 13-14 frame punish)
* Lacking CH tools (aside from WR2/iWR2)
* High-ish mid poke options, some characters in a "low stance" (Ling/Zafina/Lei/etc) can evade easily
* Lack of + on hit lows pokes
* Weaker tracking tools  
* Relies on good spacing/conditioning to succeed
