MED Cancel
Press forward or back while in meditation to turn around. During this turn around animation, backturned moves can be performed (e.g. MED f~2 will yield BT.2).
Movement options from backturned can also be accessed. MED.b~d/b will cancel Meditation into an evasive crouching backdash. On recovery, MED can be entered again and the backdash cancel can continue.
Bear in mind that Meditation takes 20 frames to enter from 3+4 before the cancel can be performed (Note the starting position of Yoshimitsu's arms before beginning to Heal Pulse)
