SSR into instant duck

Devil Jin is particularly weak against side step right into duck. This is a very advanced techinque as it heavily relies on timing and speed. The reason this defensive options is useful against Devil Jin is that many of Devil Jins key moves are weak to that direction and most tools that track to this direction are either a high or a low. The following moves can be avoided by this technique if you have the correct timing:

Avoided because it is ducked:

  • Hellsweep
  • Electric Wind Godfist
  • Jab Strings
  • f,f4
  • d/b2
  • d3

Avoided because of the sidestep:

  • Jab
  • d/f+1,2
  • u/f+4
  • f,f+2
  • d/b+2
  • u/f+3
  • WR3

This leaves only laser scraper as one of the few Keymoves that would still hit you if you apply this technique perfectly.
