Kazuya is a defensive Mishima characterized by his excellent whiff/block punishment, powerful Wavedash mixup and demanding execution.

Strengths & weaknesses

Strengths:

  • Excellent punishment
  • Mix-up from crouch dash
  • Damage
  • Range control

Weaknesses:

  • Weak to his right side
  • No panic moves
  • Few and unreliable pokes
  • Strong tools i.e. EWGF and wave dash gated behind execution
