Online mode
Ping (RTT), delay, and rollback frames added to UI.
Global mechanics
Wall stun given to a number of moves. Defender is in guardable recovery with various frame advantages depending on the attack done.

Eddy

FF3+4
Opponent is left closer after rage drive is blocked.
DF3+4, DB2,3, UF3,3
leaves opponent closer on hit and counter hit.

damage buffed from 7.8 to 9.9

given the new wall-bound property, leaving Eddy at +20 in relax at the wall and +11 in neutral with pushback.
