Decreased the distance between the character and the opponent when the move hits.
b+4 Shortened the recovery time after the move misses by 5 frames.
b+3+4 > 4 Enabled the move to cause a wall bound if it hits.
b+1+2,4 Changed the move to send the opponent spinning when it hits them midair.
