When Lidia is in HRS at +5 (f,F+2 on block), b+1 dodges and counterattacks against every option except HRS.1, which counters it, and HRS.1+2, which results in a side switch on immediate timing (no punish).

The punch parry window on manual Perfumer entry (f+3) covers both mid options out of HAE on immediate timing after HRS.2 on hit (+8), only being beaten by the high unblockable (HAE.1+2). This creates a mixup situation where Victor can threaten either a heat engage or heat dash launch off of PRF.3 (vs. HAE.1 and HAE.2) or a duck launch on HAE.1+2.
Victor's u+1+2 and H.u+1+2 beat all HRS options out of f,F+2 on block except for HRS.4, which does 16 damage, and HRS into nothing, which will be able to launch U+1+2 on block (but not H.u+1+2). For the Victor, it's a good option to discourage Lidias who consistently press after f,F+2 on block.
