Victor is a "high-risk high-reward character" with rewarding counterhit tools and great range. He boasts a plethora of weapon-based attacks that cannot be parried. He carries similar "Raven"-esque moves that have evasive properties and reward you for going under (or over) your opponents attacks, being that he is canonically the original founder of the Raven clan, being codenamed "Phantom Raven".
Strengths
- Fantastic high damage counterhit moves (db+4, 1+2, d+4, b+1+2 etc)
- Great evasive moves like u+1+2 and db+3
- Simple and effective gameplan
- Has a safe, fast power crush move in b+1+2
